The Tabular Report is a quick, easy way to get a snapshot of all the data that has been entered on an EForm in the form of Records. Below are instructions on accessing and manipulating Tabular Reports.
Many systems have a Portal form which contains links to many Tabular Reports, but if the one you want isn’t listed you can get to it by clicking the EForms button in the Navigation Bar at the top of the screen. From there you can click an EForm name to open the Tabular Report page for that form.
By default, all EForms will have two basic Tabular Report Profiles: Summary and All Columns. These basic profiles might not suit your organisation’s needs, so there is also the option to customize and save a profile for easy access later. A Tabular Report Profile stores information about which columns to show, how to sort and group the data, and how to filter the results. The Pagination control will help you navigate between pages by clicking on the cursors or a page number. The “Page Size” dropdown box indicates the number of records you would like to view per page.
There is often a View link at left side of each record, by clicking View , you can view or edit the associated EForm record .
Between the Column heading and the result data of a Tabular Report, you can see a series of Quick Filter boxes. Enter some data in the textbox and then click the Funnel icon to select a filter type to quickly filter your results for a more specific set.
