Follow the steps below to access your Tabular Report functionality.

Step 1: Click on the EForms tab at the top-panel of your screen.

Which will open the following screen:

Step 2: Select your category and find your eForm.

All eForms (i.e. input forms) and data records are grouped into Categories. [ 1 ] On the left hand side you will see all the categories.

Pick the eForm category you want to get information from. This will usually be your specific solution, e.g. Contract Management, Human Resources, Risk Management, etc.

[ 2 ] Once you have selected the category, then select the eForm. Click View to open the tabular report of the eForm.

[ 3 ] Click Tools then Tabular Report to view a tabular report.

If you click on the Tools you will then choose either Tabular Report or Charting Report.

We will not be looking at Charting Reports but feel free to play in this area or explore Charting Reports within the Support Wiki.

Once the tabular report screen opens up, you will notice the following:

[1] From here you need to choose the profile you wish to use, which depends on what your reporting requirements are. The default profile will always be Summary. A collection of pre-configured reports will show up in the profile dropdown. Remember that it will always show the Summary profile especially if there are no pre-configured reports set for this eForm. The default profiles are either Summary or All Columns .

[2] If you click on this icon, it will open the left hand side bar and your access to the Tabular Report Configurator (which we will discuss later).

[3] The Summary information indicates a quick overview of the main activity relating to a record.

[4] If you click on the View link, it will open that particular record.
