Import and Export Records

Export eForm Records

Export data from an existing system eForm to Microsoft Excel or plaintext CSV (comma-separated values):

  1. Click the Control Panel gear icon

  2. Under the eForm Records section, click Export eForm Record.

  3. Select an eForm you wish to export records from.

  4. Click the Excel button to download the Excel spread sheet, or the Csv button to download the records in CSV format.

Import eForm Records

Import data from Microsoft Excel to eForm Records in a Nimblex system:

  1. Click the Control Panel gear icon

  2. Under the eForm Records section, click Import eForm Record

  3. Select the relevant excel file to import and upload the file, the column names will be visible in the Imported Columns listbox

  4. Choose the eForm you are uploading records for, the column names will be showed in the left listbox ‘Target eForm Columns

  5. Choose related columns at both sides and click ‘Link’ button to connect them. You can also click ‘Auto-Link’ or ‘Delete Link’ button to automatically link or unlink columns

  6. ClickValidation ’ button and ‘Import ’ button
